Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced

  • 4 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions
