Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen shredded hash browns
- 1 cup diced cooked ham
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix hash browns, ham, and 3/4 cup of cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour the egg mixture over the hash brown mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer to the baking dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden and set.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
