Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked ham, diced
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Combine the ham, broccoli, and cheese in a baking dish.
- Pour the yogurt mixture over the ingredients in the baking dish and mix well.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- Use fresh broccoli for the best texture.
- You can substitute ham with cooked chicken or turkey.
