Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked ham, diced
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  4. Combine the ham, broccoli, and cheese in a baking dish.
  5. Pour the yogurt mixture over the ingredients in the baking dish and mix well.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
