Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 tbsp harissa paste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cumin
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss sweet potato cubes with harissa paste, olive oil, salt, pepper, and cumin.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes until tender.
- Serve warm.
