Description

A creamy and flavorful white bean dip infused with fresh herbs. Perfect for snacking or as a spread.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp water (as needed)


Instructions

  1. Add white beans, olive oil, garlic, parsley, rosemary, thyme, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding water as needed for desired consistency.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with extra olive oil.
  5. Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers, or bread.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
