Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp mixed dried herbs (oregano, thyme, rosemary)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and herbs in a bowl.
- Add milk, olive oil, and egg. Stir until just combined.
- Pour into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.
- Cool before slicing.
