Ingredients

  • 2 cups spelt flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp mixed fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, basil)


Instructions

  1. Mix yeast with warm water and let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Combine flour, salt, and herbs in a bowl.
  3. Add honey, olive oil, and yeast mixture to the dry ingredients.
  4. Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth.
