A creamy and flavorful white bean dip infused with fresh herbs. Perfect for snacks, appetizers, or spreads.
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp water (optional, for consistency)
Instructions
- Add white beans, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, basil, salt, and pepper to a food processor.
- Blend until smooth. Add water if needed for a creamier texture.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with extra olive oil if desired.
- Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers, or bread.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Substitute dried herbs if fresh ones are unavailable (use 1 tsp dried parsley and 1 tsp dried basil).
