Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spoon small mounds of the mixture onto the baking sheet, flattening them into thin circles.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
