Description
A simple and healthy bread made with Greek yogurt for extra protein.
Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 1/4 cup water (if needed)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add Greek yogurt and honey, then stir until combined.
- If dough is too dry, add water gradually.
- Knead dough lightly and shape into a loaf.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra flavor, add herbs or seeds.
- Use plain Greek yogurt for best results.
