Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry the mixed greens.
- Grill the chicken breast until fully cooked, then slice.
- Dice the avocado and halve the cherry tomatoes.
- Slice the cucumber.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss gently and serve.
