Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 cup crab meat, cooked
- 1 cup shrimp, cooked and chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, shrimp, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a pocket into each salmon fillet and stuff with the crab and shrimp mixture.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Sear salmon for 2 minutes per side.
- Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
- Serve warm.

- Use fresh crab and shrimp for best results.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
