Description

A delicious and healthy homemade chicken bacon ranch stuffed bread that’s perfect for a quick meal or snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 loaf whole wheat bread
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut a large pocket into the loaf of bread, leaving the sides intact.
  3. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, and half of the cheese.
  4. Stuff the mixture into the bread pocket.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

  • Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
