A delicious and healthy homemade chicken bacon ranch stuffed bread that’s perfect for a quick meal or snack.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 loaf whole wheat bread
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut a large pocket into the loaf of bread, leaving the sides intact.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, and half of the cheese.
- Stuff the mixture into the bread pocket.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
