Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add spinach, artichoke hearts, Greek yogurt, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour chicken broth over the ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Shred chicken with a fork before serving.
