Ingredients
- 2 large onions, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp homemade curry powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss onion wedges with olive oil, curry powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
