- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (low-fat)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions, bell peppers, and potatoes. Cook until softened.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, corn, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
