Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground turkey or chicken
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (use gluten-free if needed)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (low-sugar)
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Mix ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Roll into 1-inch meatballs and place in the crockpot.
- Whisk honey, BBQ sauce, vinegar, and paprika in a separate bowl.
- Pour sauce over meatballs, ensuring they’re fully coated.
- Cook on LOW for 4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours.
- Stir gently before serving.
