Ingredients
- 4 medium onions, peeled and quartered
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss onions with olive oil, honey, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes until caramelized and tender.
- Serve warm.
