Description
A healthy version of hot chocolate bombs made with wholesome ingredients for a guilt-free treat.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut milk powder
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Mix cocoa powder, coconut sugar, coconut milk powder, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl.
- Melt dark chocolate chips if using, then combine with the dry mixture.
- Press the mixture into silicone molds to form the bomb shapes.
- Freeze for 30 minutes until firm.
- Pop out of molds and store in an airtight container.
- To use, drop one bomb into a cup of hot milk and stir until dissolved.
Notes
- Use dairy-free chocolate for a vegan option.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Store in the fridge for longer shelf life.
