Ingredients

  • 1 lb hot sausage
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup beer (lager or ale)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika


Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it into small pieces.
  2. Drain excess grease from the sausage.
  3. Reduce heat to low and add cream cheese, stirring until melted.
  4. Pour in beer and stir until well combined.
  5. Add cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika.
  6. Stir until cheese is fully melted and mixture is smooth.
  7. Serve warm with bread, crackers, or vegetables.
