Ingredients
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 8 oz salami, sliced
- 8 oz ham, sliced
- 8 oz provolone cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine lettuce, onion, bell pepper, tomatoes, and olives.
- Add salami, ham, and provolone cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
