Ingredients

  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 3 medium potatoes, diced
  • 2 large carrots, sliced
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


Instructions
