Ingredients
- 1 medium jicama, peeled and cut into thin fries
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss jicama fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for crispness and cook 2-3 more minutes if needed.
- Serve immediately.
