Description
A healthy version of the classic Joe’s Crab Shack Crab Dip, perfect for appetizers or snacks.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1 cup of lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup of shredded low-fat cheese
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, crab meat, cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm with your choice of crackers or vegetable sticks.

- Ensure the crab meat is well-drained to avoid a watery dip.
- You can substitute Greek yogurt with low-fat sour cream if preferred.
