Description

A healthy version of the classic Joe’s Crab Shack Crab Dip, perfect for appetizers or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup of lump crab meat
  • 1/2 cup of shredded low-fat cheese
  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp of salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, crab meat, cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  5. Serve warm with your choice of crackers or vegetable sticks.
