Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 cup black olives
  • 1/2 cup green olives
  • 1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz salami, sliced
  • 4 oz provolone cheese, cubed
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all vegetables by slicing as needed.
  2. Arrange tomatoes, cucumber, olives, artichoke hearts, red peppers, and red onion on a large platter.
  3. Add salami and provolone cheese cubes to the platter.
