Ingredients
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup black olives
- 1/2 cup green olives
- 1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 oz salami, sliced
- 4 oz provolone cheese, cubed
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and prepare all vegetables by slicing as needed.
- Arrange tomatoes, cucumber, olives, artichoke hearts, red peppers, and red onion on a large platter.
- Add salami and provolone cheese cubes to the platter.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Toss lightly before serving or let guests assemble their own portions.
