Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mash the avocado until smooth.
- Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Stir in shredded chicken, red onion, and celery.
