Healthy keto avocado fat bombs are a quick, nutritious snack perfect for a ketogenic diet.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp stevia (or sweetener of choice)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Add coconut oil, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, stevia, and salt.
- Blend until smooth using a hand mixer or food processor.
- Spoon the mixture into small molds or an ice cube tray.
- Freeze for at least 1 hour or until firm.
- Store in the freezer and enjoy chilled.
