Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix almond flour, coconut flour, parmesan cheese, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add eggs and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough into small sticks and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool before serving.
