Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the romaine lettuce, then place it in a large bowl.
  2. Arrange the hard-boiled eggs, avocado, chicken breast, bacon, blue cheese, and cherry tomatoes on top.
  3. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
