Ingredients

- 4 large eggs

- 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blend cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
- Add coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
