Description

A low-carb, high-protein bread made with cottage cheese, perfect for keto diets.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup psyllium husk powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, cottage cheese, melted butter, and apple cider vinegar.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  5. Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes until golden.
  6. Let cool before slicing.
