Description
A low-carb, high-protein bread made with cottage cheese, perfect for keto diets.
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup psyllium husk powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, cottage cheese, melted butter, and apple cider vinegar.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- For a nut-free version, replace almond flour with sunflower seed flour.
