Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add eggs, melted butter, and almond milk. Stir until smooth.
  4. Divide batter into 4 portions and shape into muffin rounds.
