A low-carb, keto-friendly English muffin that’s easy to make and perfect for breakfast or snacks.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add eggs, melted butter, and almond milk. Stir until smooth.
- Divide batter into 4 portions and shape into muffin rounds.
- Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing and toasting.
