A healthy keto-friendly Italian ground beef casserole packed with flavor and low in carbs.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (sugar-free)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Drain excess fat and stir in marinara sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, spinach, and half the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  5. Layer the beef mixture and cheese mixture in a baking dish.
  6. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
