Description
A delicious low-carb lasagna soup with all the flavors of traditional lasagna but without the carbs.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup marinara sauce (sugar-free)
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in marinara sauce, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot, topped with mozzarella, ricotta, and fresh basil.

- Use sugar-free marinara to keep it keto-friendly.
- Replace beef with ground turkey for a lighter option.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
