A simple and healthy keto chicken recipe made in a slow cooker with garlic and parmesan.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sear chicken for 2 minutes per side.
  3. Transfer chicken to the slow cooker.
  4. In a bowl, mix parmesan, heavy cream, garlic, oregano, and basil.
  5. Pour mixture over chicken in the slow cooker.
