Description
A simple and healthy keto chicken recipe made in a slow cooker with garlic and parmesan.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sear chicken for 2 minutes per side.
- Transfer chicken to the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix parmesan, heavy cream, garlic, oregano, and basil.
- Pour mixture over chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
