Ingredients

  • 1 loaf whole wheat French bread
  • 2 cups low-fat ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup lean ground turkey, cooked
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Slice the bread lengthwise and hollow out the center.
