Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cut tops off peppers and remove seeds.
  3. Brown turkey in a skillet, then mix with marinara, ricotta, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff peppers with the mixture and top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
