Ingredients
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Blend dates, cranberries, and almonds in a food processor until finely chopped.
- Add lemon zest, vanilla, and salt. Process until mixture sticks together.
- Roll into 12 small balls.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
