Ingredients
- 1 cup dates
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Soak dates in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain.
- Blend almonds into fine crumbs.
- Add dates, coconut, lemon zest, lemon juice, turmeric, chia seeds, vanilla, and salt to the blender.
- Blend until mixture sticks together.
- Roll into small balls.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
