Description

A delicious and filling burrito packed with bacon, cheese, and burger flavors while keeping it healthy.


Ingredients

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 4 oz lean ground beef
  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/4 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tbsp diced onions
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a pan until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil in the same pan and cook ground beef until browned.
  3. Drain excess fat from the beef and mix in mustard and ketchup.
  4. Lay the tortilla flat and layer beef, bacon, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, and onions in the center.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to form a burrito.
  6. Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly toast the burrito seam-side down for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Cut in half and serve warm.
