Description

A hearty and healthy twist on classic mac and cheese, loaded with bacon, cheese, and ground beef for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions, drain.
  3. Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain excess fat.
  4. Mix cooked macaroni, ground beef, bacon, cheese, milk, yogurt, and spices in a bowl.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish, top with extra cheese if desired.
