Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions, drain.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain excess fat.
- Mix cooked macaroni, ground beef, bacon, cheese, milk, yogurt, and spices in a bowl.
- Transfer to a baking dish, top with extra cheese if desired.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.

- Use whole wheat macaroni for extra fiber.
- Substitute turkey bacon for lower fat.
