A hearty and healthy pasta dish featuring cheddar ranch flavors, lean beef, and sweet corn.
Ingredients
- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup sweet corn (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Cook rotini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add sweet corn, red onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in ranch dressing and cooked rotini. Mix well.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and let it melt before serving.

- Use whole wheat rotini for extra fiber.
- Substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
