Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, diced
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Boil diced potatoes until tender, then drain.
- Mix shredded chicken, broccoli, Greek yogurt, and spices in a bowl.
- Layer potatoes in a baking dish, top with chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly over the top.
