Ingredients

  • 8 oz whole wheat spaghetti
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Toss cooked spaghetti with marinara sauce.
  4. Add bell peppers, mushrooms, and black olives. Mix well.
