Ingredients
- 1 whole grain baguette (about 12 inches)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the baguette in half lengthwise.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, and black pepper.
- Brush the garlic-oil mixture evenly over the cut sides of the baguette.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts and turns golden.
- Garnish with dried parsley before serving.
