Description
A healthy low carb bread made with almond flour, perfect for paleo diets.
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add eggs, oil, and water, then stir well.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- For a nut-free version, replace almond flour with sunflower seed flour.
