Ingredients
- 1 large onion, sliced into rings
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix almond flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dip each onion ring into beaten eggs, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
- Place coated rings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm.
