Description
A healthy low-carb tuna casserole made without noodles. This dish is packed with protein and flavor while keeping carbs low.
Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 1 cup cauliflower rice
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix tuna, cauliflower rice, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
