Healthy maca date energy balls are a nutritious snack packed with natural sweetness and energy-boosting ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp maca powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Add dates and almonds to a food processor. Blend until finely chopped.
- Add coconut, maca powder, chia seeds, vanilla, and salt. Process until mixture sticks together.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
- For extra flavor, roll balls in additional coconut.
- Substitute walnuts for almonds if preferred.
