Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Blend cashews in a food processor until finely ground.
- Add maple syrup, cinnamon, protein powder, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Process until the mixture sticks together.
- Roll into small balls.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- For a sweeter taste, add more maple syrup.
